What is your return / exchange policy?
We offer exchanges on harnesses and collars that are unused and in new condition. Any additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Linus and Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on any other products, however if there is an issue with your order please send us a message within 24h of receiving your order and we'll work on a solution with you.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
It takes us roughly two weeks after receiving your order confirmation to process, make and package your order (large or special orders may take longer). You will then receive another notification once your order has been shipped or it is ready to be picked up.
If you decide to do a curb-side pick up for your order, you can arrange to pick it up anytime after after you receive the email saying it is ready to be picked up.
For shipping, it all depends on the postal service. Typically shipping takes between 1-10 days after your product has been made.
If you need your shipment earlier, please send us a message and we will try to work something out.
Where do you ship?
On our website you have the option to have your item shipped to anywhere in Canada or the US. However, if you are somewhere else, send us a message and we'll work out how to ship it to you.
How much does shipping cost?
We have flat rate shipping across Canada and the US for $15 and free shipping for all orders above $70.
You can also pick up from our location in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada for free.
Will there be any customs / duties on my order?
Customers are responsible for any customs/duties upon receipt of order, orders are shipped from Canada.
I need my order urgently / for a specific date, can you do that?
If you need something for a specific date, please send us a message before you place your order and we can discuss if it is possible to get it to you for the date you needed. Most times we are able to accommodate expedited orders, just talk to us and we'll work something out. There may be an additional charge for expedited orders.
What size should I get?
For any items that have different sizes available, please refer to the sizing chart on the item page. If you have any questions or concerns regarding sizing, send us a message before placing your order.
Can I get a custom fabric or design that isn't listed on the website?
Yes, absolutely! We would love to make something special for you! Send us a message with some information about what you are looking for, and we'll get back to you with some options.
I want to edit my order, but I already purchased it?
It is best to double check and make sure your order is exactly what you want, but we understand mistakes happen. We will try our best to accommodate you, send us a message as soon as you realize, and if your item hasn't started being made yet we'll try to make the adjustments.
What happens if I put the incorrect shipping address in my order?
If you submitted an incorrect shipping address in your order please contacts us as soon as you realize. If the item has already been shipped, one of two things will happen:
1) If the shipping address is not a real address or if it is missing information, you will be asked to pay the shipping fee two more times. This is because we have to pay to have the item returned to us then pay again for it to be sent out to you again.
2) If the address you put in is someone else's address, there is no way to recover the order. In this case you will have to reorder the entire purchase and have to pay the full amount again.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please ensure it’s done by the processing time. If you receive an email with your tracking number & email confirmation it will be too late to cancel.
